Description

Blue cotton vintage 1950s girls smocked dress with Peter Pan collar and short, puffed sleeves. Hand-smocked with an orange and brown diamond pattern. The back of the skirt is gathered at the waist. Closes in the back with three buttons. The hem is 2 3/4 inches wide, so there's lots of room to lengthen the dress.
