Shipping

When will my order arrive?Delivery to Canada and the USA normally takes approximately 5-10 business days from the day the order is shipped. Delivery to other countries takes approximately 5-15 business days. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. (Business days are Monday to Friday.)

Is my shipment insured?All shipments include insurance. If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us, and we will file an insurance claim. Compensation will be provided once the claim is approved.

Is parcel tracking included?Regular parcel tracking is included for Canadian destinations only.
All Express services include tracking.
If you require tracking for your US or international order, but don’t need Express service, add a note at checkout. There will be an additional charge based on your destination.

Do you offer layaway?Yes, layaway service is available for all items over $100. A 30% down payment is required (non-refundable), and the balance must be paid within 45 days. The item will be shipped once paid in full.
Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for a layaway purchase. There is a 5% fee for layaway service.

May I reserve an item?Unfortunately, we are not able to reserve items; however, we do offer layaway service (see details above).

Is my order eligible for free shipping?All US & Canada orders over $100 and International orders over $150 receive completely FREE shipping.
Gifts

Do you offer gift cards?We do not currently offer gift cards, but this option will be available soon.

Do you offer gift wrapping?Yes, we would be happy to wrap any items you are purchasing as gifts. Let us know in the order notes section if you would like to have your purchase gift wrapped, and if you would like to include a special message to the recipient on a card. The charge for gift wrapping is $5, and will be billed separately after your order is submitted.
Condition

Has the clothing been washed?All Vintage Logic clothing has been hand-washed and steamed, unless the fabric is known to react adversely to washing (i.e. unstable dyes, delicate fabrics), or if the garment specifies to dry clean only. In these cases, we have steamed and spot cleaned the item (if needed), and given it a thorough airing. All items are in ready-to-wear condition upon arrival.
