We will gladly accept returns up to 10 days from the date your order was delivered.

Return Instructions

1. Submit a return request by logging into your account and choosing which items you would like to return. We will approve your request by email.
2. Mail the item back to us. Please ensure that you use a service with tracking and/or or delivery confirmation. Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the original order delivery date.
3. You will receive your refund after we have verified the condition of the returned item(s), usually within 24-48 hours of receipt. We will email you to confirm that your refund has been sent to your original form of payment. It may take up to 15 business days for the returned amount to be posted to your original form of payment.

Conditions

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• All original shipping fees for the order are non-refundable.
• If returned items originally received free or discounted shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not able to accept returns of the following items:

Gift cards

Underwear, lingerie + sleepwear (for hygienic reasons).

Items with the condition grade Fair are sold in as-is condition and are non-returnable.
